What is Reiki?
Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan. Reiki comes from the Japanese words “rei,” which means universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy. Energy medicine is said to remove energy blockages and encourage the flow of energy. Particularly, it balances and heals the 7 chakras.
Chakra Balancing is a form of aligning the body's energy centres. There are seven Chakras: Crown Chakra, Brow Chakra, Throat Chakra, Heart Chakra, Solar Plexus Chakra, Sacral Chakra, and Root Chakra. Balancing your energy centres helps the flow of energy align through your physical body. Each chakra is correlated with different parts of the body.
Distance sessions are equally as effective as in-person. Reiki is not bound by space or time is effectively transmitted remotely across any distance
Reiki Benefits: Restores peace and balance to the body, releases tension and relaxes body, removes energy blockages, boosts the immune system, cleanses the body of toxins, provides mental clarity and improves concentration, encourages restful sleep, balances emotions, and heals body’s aura.
Distance Reiki Healing Sessions with Every Jay Living (Jayshree) are done via Zoom video. Distance Sessions include scanning, clearing of blocks, chakra balancing, cord releasing, sound healing, and a verbal report of what I intuitively picked up during the session.
